COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Klingelnberg 363809B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mannesmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Limitorque product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mannesmann such as the DO5B801 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W6130079 manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 15MSJIK by Manufacturer Limitorque as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Love-Joy Brand 9HSOLIDHYTRELINSERT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mach-Iii such as 3093 equipment made by Mach-Iii have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mach-Iii products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mach-Iii" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1115136B made by Link-Belt as well as the popular 10016 original spares produced by Martin Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L160 by Love-Joy and 3093 spares by Mach-Iii are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NJ309RC3TY Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Koyo. |
