COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Klaschka 13.26-74 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kpsi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Liberty product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the SD4T30900 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21342101000 manufactured by Kpsi and we are pleased to be able to service most Kpsi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STS0750 by Manufacturer Liberty as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mj-Tooling Brand SD7252 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Madisonic such as U4359 equipment made by Madisonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Madisonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Madisonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GCA121250 made by Lucas as well as the popular 80600006 original spares produced by Lumen-Dynamics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5910470109167US by Mayr and U4359 spares by Madisonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CMF050M322NU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Motion. |
