COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kissling 70961/13 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kone products, including obsoleted and phased-out Martin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mactrol product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kone such as the HSC42002EX401280 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 45V1030E manufactured by Martin and we are pleased to be able to service most Martin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HB4202 by Manufacturer Mactrol as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Martin Brand 100B26H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as 1056711051QF equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 56C34F5309 made by Marathon as well as the popular 77Q original spares produced by Lightnin Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 69790400136 by Love-Joy and 1056711051QF spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PRN50010040 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kuroda. |
