COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kingsbury 366041-001-02 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Krones products, including obsoleted and phased-out Labconco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ladis--Gyr product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Krones such as the 098821280V0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6030000 manufactured by Labconco and we are pleased to be able to service most Labconco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SKP10192U7 by Manufacturer Ladis--Gyr as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Koso Brand MC1510C11512VDC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Labnet such as I4000G equipment made by Labnet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Labnet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Labnet" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CL200 made by Konica-Minolta as well as the popular SQM53480R1Z3 original spares produced by Landis--Gyr-Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100796 by Kuka and I4000G spares by Labnet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TRDN360RZW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Koyo. |
