COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the King-gage 3646539 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lucas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lebow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kuroda product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lucas such as the AG25E360E76FB1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 160450 manufactured by Lebow and we are pleased to be able to service most Lebow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PTA16T by Manufacturer Kuroda as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lumberg Brand ASBS8LED54 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Litton such as 11BHW38FF822 equipment made by Litton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Litton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Litton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8221000C00 made by Magnetrol as well as the popular 3415205550 original spares produced by Marposs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6910 by Marconi and 11BHW38FF822 spares by Litton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS025S113 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Motion. |
