COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kinetrol 077-130 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kunkle product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the DDL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 00105350 manufactured by Kuka and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6021EDT01AM by Manufacturer Kunkle as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kuroda Brand GG1515ASBALR0900A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kubler-Turck such as T85800MBRT3600 equipment made by Kubler-Turck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kubler-Turck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kubler-Turck" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 730001 made by Lakeshore as well as the popular FE005 original spares produced by Kuka Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4053A by Kistler and T85800MBRT3600 spares by Kubler-Turck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PAUM27 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kobelco. |
