COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kinematics KE3L-42NNC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Koganei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kongsberg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ktron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Koganei such as the ORCA25X300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8100158 manufactured by Kongsberg and we are pleased to be able to service most Kongsberg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KEG5045485 by Manufacturer Ktron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Klockner Brand PKZ2SP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kontron such as 080123232132 equipment made by Kontron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kontron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kontron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 712122800 made by Kt as well as the popular ESCC13 original spares produced by Kuka Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 034100 by Kinetrol and 080123232132 spares by Kontron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MTM15DK1B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Komori. |
