COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kineaatica 258012 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kubota products, including obsoleted and phased-out Labconco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kuroda product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kubota such as the KFC1000C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6030000 manufactured by Labconco and we are pleased to be able to service most Labconco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HG2550H by Manufacturer Kuroda as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kla¶ckner-Moeller Brand MV4450TA1000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as MT1504A1E2C1 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GY2010DS made by Kuroda as well as the popular E7T6CC original spares produced by Koyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 02010400100001 by Kulicke-And-Soffa and MT1504A1E2C1 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5857B11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kistler. |
