COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kinco MT5520T-CAN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Labe-aire products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kobelco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kuroda product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Labe-aire such as the 7600003801 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CCPC027 manufactured by Kobelco and we are pleased to be able to service most Kobelco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TRJC by Manufacturer Kuroda as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Klockner Brand DIL2v22NA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Klockner such as PS416OUT400 equipment made by Klockner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Klockner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Klockner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CL200 made by Konica-Minolta as well as the popular E93DA552I4B531XX3D23 original spares produced by Kuka

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ICD05030 by Kollmorgen and PS416OUT400 spares by Klockner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1124090 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kysan.
