COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keystone 79U-036U-A060-A00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kongsberg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kisters product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kongsberg such as the RAO8XE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E93DA123I4B531XX4A23 manufactured by Kuka and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X00001701 by Manufacturer Kisters as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Konica Brand 55VA87011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Koganei such as ORC equipment made by Koganei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Koganei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Koganei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SWT made by L.t.m. as well as the popular SKP10192U7 original spares produced by Ladis--Gyr Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E93DA123I4B531XX3D23 by Kuka and ORC spares by Koganei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LH0550GLM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kosmek. |
