COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keystone 121-954-307-792-211 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Koyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Koganei product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the PRD0030030Z35 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E7T6CC manufactured by Koyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Koyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GADA40X200AK2S2 by Manufacturer Koganei as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Klockner Brand PS4101DD1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kistler such as 4043A equipment made by Kistler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kistler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kistler" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 00128456 made by Kuka as well as the popular MT5423TCAN original spares produced by Kinco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EEEX by Labod and 4043A spares by Kistler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PRN20S90235P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kuroda. |
