COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keystone 120-790-501 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Krones products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kunkle parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kniel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Krones such as the A63299 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6021EDT01AM manufactured by Kunkle and we are pleased to be able to service most Kunkle systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10300602 by Manufacturer Kniel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kme Brand ML121LLA01S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kokusai such as CX1209 equipment made by Kokusai have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kokusai products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kokusai" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 60001051 made by Kiva-Systems as well as the popular PR150S original spares produced by Kuroda Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 700S14A0A1447 by Kpsi and CX1209 spares by Kokusai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LC5TV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kyowa. |
