COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence VT3-Q5S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Raytek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Adept parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ac product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Raytek such as the XXXSYSCS200IF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1320000040 manufactured by Adept and we are pleased to be able to service most Adept systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 71213837 by Manufacturer Ac as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl--Fuchs Brand WCS3BLS310Y244234 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Keyence such as VT5SB equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2017 made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular WS12750420AL10SAB2 original spares produced by Asm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLSCE301200QB by Banner and VT5SB spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WatsonMarlow400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Watson-Marlow. |
