COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence See below parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leviton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lion-Precision product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the SLV31FM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OSFHUCTW manufactured by Leviton and we are pleased to be able to service most Leviton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LRD2212 by Manufacturer Lion-Precision as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leuze Brand CR301200M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Locknetics such as TJ50 equipment made by Locknetics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Locknetics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Locknetics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 196TA4KB242TADE made by Kurz as well as the popular BKOC1730H09 original spares produced by Macome Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KC311DPV2CJLT by Kodiak and TJ50 spares by Locknetics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P40630005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lucas. |
