COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence Safety Light Curtain parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mactotec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Loctite-Henkel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mactotec such as the 26LS31 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8952027 manufactured by Loctite-Henkel and we are pleased to be able to service most Loctite-Henkel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PZ42L by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lucas Brand 02350500000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ljl-Biosystems such as 410000108 equipment made by Ljl-Biosystems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ljl-Biosystems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ljl-Biosystems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 12F27120022 made by Kidde-fenwal as well as the popular KC311DPV2CJLT original spares produced by Kodiak Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P40640005 by Lucas and 410000108 spares by Ljl-Biosystems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FRK924500L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leuze. |
