COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence SZ-VU04 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nikon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kodivac product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the 724200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1024221M manufactured by Nikon and we are pleased to be able to service most Nikon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GHP550 by Manufacturer Kodivac as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metrologic Brand MS872D1T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leuze such as 624D2S8 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MS46SR30520Q1RNCFN9C1 made by Sti as well as the popular CMF025H520N2BAEZZZ original spares produced by Micromotion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E6DCWZ1E by Omron and 624D2S8 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DP1000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omega. |
