COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence SZ-V04X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-epsilon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nordson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sti product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-epsilon such as the 4307010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HR6250500024113 manufactured by Nordson and we are pleased to be able to service most Nordson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS4424B2 by Manufacturer Sti as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nordson Brand 5028620001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by North-Star such as RIMT09600 equipment made by North-Star have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-Star products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-Star" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H4A12 made by Metrol as well as the popular LCGB5K original spares produced by Omega

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1991 by Magnetek and RIMT09600 spares by North-Star are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 623A13TBE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mks.
