COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence SL-V56H-R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metrix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mca-Oneles parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mettler product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metrix such as the 1000500100502 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FPN25P4610028V11 manufactured by Mca-Oneles and we are pleased to be able to service most Mca-Oneles systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 58080205 by Manufacturer Mettler as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Liquid-Controls Brand P0D2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kpsi such as 750S14D4A014736000000 equipment made by Kpsi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kpsi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kpsi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 48824 made by Merlin as well as the popular 3441562002 original spares produced by Marposs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPRT5002ML05R2 by Leuze and 750S14D4A014736000000 spares by Kpsi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CR14900BH3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leuze. |
