COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence SL-C16H-R and SL-C16H-T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lambda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Loepfe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kodiak product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lambda such as the MB1320 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RKL036289000 manufactured by Loepfe and we are pleased to be able to service most Loepfe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KC311DPV2CJLT by Manufacturer Kodiak as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnetek Brand HF3H026N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mallory such as VSB1102 equipment made by Mallory have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mallory products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mallory" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KeyenceBLU2BarcodeReader made by Keyence as well as the popular GCA121050 original spares produced by Lucas Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 497313337000 by Leeds and VSB1102 spares by Mallory are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Lubrisensor Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lubri-Sensor. |
