COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence SL-C16F-R/T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leine--Linde products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metrix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leuze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leine--Linde such as the 79667601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1970517 manufactured by Metrix and we are pleased to be able to service most Metrix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IPRK9544L2 by Manufacturer Leuze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kurz Brand 6310RAC0060C1BOA9E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mel such as D85386 equipment made by Mel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8600662002 made by Kronos as well as the popular DDLS1702 original spares produced by Leuze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLV44HMR by Keyence and D85386 spares by Mel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LSD1719 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Macome. |
