COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence RD-50E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Acme-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Acme-Electric such as the T153011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SS4D30X198X227M manufactured by Amb and we are pleased to be able to service most Amb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGDH01AE by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asea Brand S6L800TW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Semikron such as SKKT13108D equipment made by Semikron have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SAFT103 made by Abb as well as the popular SKDH11616L75 original spares produced by Semikron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the siemens by Siemens and SKKT13108D spares by Semikron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SQC122 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sigma.
