COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence PZ-101P PZ101P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mateer-burt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mettler product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mateer-burt such as the 104640 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 13078900B manufactured by Mettler and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 130789R0C by Manufacturer Mettler as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Macro-Sensors Brand GHSA750050 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeds such as 261010012201300802809 equipment made by Leeds have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeds products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeds" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FU16 made by Keyence as well as the popular 2001774 original spares produced by Measurement-Specialties Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASB8LED54 by Lumberg and 261010012201300802809 spares by Leeds are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BBS2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mettler. |
