COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence PJ-50A PJ-55A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leuze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kurz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the CPT30900T3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 50080242 manufactured by Leuze and we are pleased to be able to service most Leuze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6310RAC0060C1BOA9E by Manufacturer Kurz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lebow Brand 333610K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnetrol such as 8421200C008AA4A5A039 equipment made by Magnetrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetrol" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 910A1C2008 made by Magnetrol as well as the popular GCD121250 original spares produced by Lucas Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HRT46B44S12 by Leuze and 8421200C008AA4A5A039 spares by Magnetrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 27125 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marconi. |
