COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence LV-H100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ls such as the SM80N0100BV2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8AA1A1A024 manufactured by Magnetrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLT11R by Manufacturer Keyence as well.

Spare units by Keyence such as PJV21TPJV20TPJV21RPJV20R equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDLS17012022110 by Leuze and PJV21TPJV20TPJV21RPJV20R spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HF3H026N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetek.
