COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence LR-ZB240CB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Northstar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Miniscan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the RPM0370UR101A01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RIMLH1024 manufactured by Northstar and we are pleased to be able to service most Northstar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS4500L by Manufacturer Miniscan as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omega Brand LV411124 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nikon such as RFA1024221 equipment made by Nikon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nikon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nikon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LRZB250C3P made by Keyence as well as the popular LHSMS00U00201V0 original spares produced by Mts Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LS5001 by Keyence and RFA1024221 spares by Nikon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3408387010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marposs. |
