COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence LR-ZB100CP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micromotion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microscan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sti product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micromotion such as the DS100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FIS089000 manufactured by Microscan and we are pleased to be able to service most Microscan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS46SR201045Q2 by Manufacturer Sti as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kur Brand 5028 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leed's such as 490501330887000 equipment made by Leed's have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leed's products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leed's" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 86211000 made by Milltronics as well as the popular CMF100M329NQBUEZZZ original spares produced by Micromotion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 71414456 by Mobrey and 490501330887000 spares by Leed's are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 940A4V2D001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microswitch. |
