COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence LK-G3001PV parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micromotion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Techniques parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Skf product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micromotion such as the RFT9739D4SCA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M0208300 manufactured by Control-Techniques and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Techniques systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMS30D350A928140 by Manufacturer Skf as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MAC090B0PD2C110B1S001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Actus such as NPSA20NN50 equipment made by Actus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Actus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Actus" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPFB540KMJ24AA made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular MS46SR201305Q1RNCFN original spares produced by Sti Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PTR3261803FAR21MC by Parker and NPSA20NN50 spares by Actus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R15C02188 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
