COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence KL8BLX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hauser product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the MDX60A00755A3400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KL8BLX manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSW1ACHSIG by Manufacturer Hauser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand MP4000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MKD112B024KPOBN equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MM336A0000 made by Miyachi as well as the popular NE1ASCPU02 original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LBC5030 by Diversified and MKD112B024KPOBN spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MVME147023 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Freescale-Semiconductor.
