COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence IV-H2000MA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kistler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kla¶ckner-Moeller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kistler product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kistler such as the 4043A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MV4450TA1000 manufactured by Kla¶ckner-Moeller and we are pleased to be able to service most Kla¶ckner-Moeller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9011 by Manufacturer Kistler as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Komax Brand F363R03L2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kuka such as KRC2 equipment made by Kuka have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuka products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuka" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MT4434TE made by Kinco as well as the popular DILM11522 original spares produced by Klockner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the in25 by Kriz-Sensors and KRC2 spares by Kuka are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PRD00461500RC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
