COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence IG-1500 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mks products, including obsoleted and phased-out K-tek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marposs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mks such as the 127AAX14127 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K10C manufactured by K-tek and we are pleased to be able to service most K-tek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 34T0438730 by Manufacturer Marposs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Noshok Brand 1001001127 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Minisafe such as ms4340b2ac115x05ru equipment made by Minisafe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Minisafe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Minisafe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 86211000 made by Milltronics as well as the popular 1606113 original spares produced by Lebow Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VLS256PW200B by Nsd and ms4340b2ac115x05ru spares by Minisafe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 402597 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micromotion. |
