COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence FD-MZ100ATK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuroda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Klingelnberg-/-Testo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the SLC12HR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC1024CZWFY manufactured by Kuroda and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuroda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 411971A by Manufacturer Klingelnberg-/-Testo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kynar Brand 3422A1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lem such as DHR300C420 equipment made by Lem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DDLS200200140 made by Leuze as well as the popular LVH42WLV21A original spares produced by Keyence Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LF205S by Lem and DHR300C420 spares by Lem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LVH300R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence. |
