COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence FD-M50ATP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kistler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kinetrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kubler-Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kistler such as the 4053A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17930 manufactured by Kinetrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Kinetrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T85800MBRT3600 by Manufacturer Kubler-Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kubler Brand 8586812B2B112 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kontron such as 2A0HC1310 equipment made by Kontron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kontron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kontron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FDMZ50AYKP made by Keyence as well as the popular GLR64H original spares produced by Keyence Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ILS065 by Keyence and 2A0HC1310 spares by Kontron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AB100NS380V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Konecranes. |
