COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence EZ-18T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magna-lastic-Devices-Inc. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leuze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the SLC56H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 155503 manufactured by Magna-lastic-Devices-Inc. and we are pleased to be able to service most Magna-lastic-Devices-Inc. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DDLS17020022110 by Manufacturer Leuze as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand PW41 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lumberg such as ASBV4LED5 equipment made by Lumberg have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 74060729302 made by Kla-tencor as well as the popular SLV31FM original spares produced by Keyence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SMI5RL13 by Lika and ASBV4LED5 spares by Lumberg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K3500MC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kopykake.
