COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence CA-DSB2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mj-Tooling products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Epsilon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mj-Tooling such as the SD1221 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8221000C00 manufactured by Magnetrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ILD1402200000 by Manufacturer Micro-Epsilon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kpsi Brand 700S1420B100000000000C10025A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mettler such as 105079 equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SSCAP1HDA made by Micro-Detectors as well as the popular UniconDF10212 original spares produced by Martek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 601B1 by Kistler and 105079 spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KS3000500PaV1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Krone.
