COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence 22900487 / 0327891 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kidde-fenwal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kodiak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kidde-fenwal such as the 12E28020003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KC311DPV2CJLT manufactured by Kodiak and we are pleased to be able to service most Kodiak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PST1P by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ltn Brand RE151A84 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leuze such as LS72SE3000 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PZ251T made by Keyence as well as the popular D4440U05NU15TU25NF408TRS2 original spares produced by Koyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LVH64 by Keyence and LS72SE3000 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LX2V10WLX2110TampLX2110R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence. |
