COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kontron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kitamura-Vmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kontron such as the 010230000174 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8159A manufactured by Kitamura-Vmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Kitamura-Vmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GLS28SH by Manufacturer Keyence as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Klockner Brand LE4501BS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kf such as PAS10304DLSM5 equipment made by Kf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kf" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS205 made by Keyence as well as the popular 8138B original spares produced by Kitamura-Vmc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AB100NS380V by Konecranes and PAS10304DLSM5 spares by Kf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XJ0318 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Koyo.
