COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kendrion LES1650002 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the 6048 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LX212 manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GT2H32 by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kisters Brand X009053802 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kongsberg such as GA5 equipment made by Kongsberg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kongsberg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kongsberg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TSW50F5 made by Kongsberg-Maritime as well as the popular 100261179 original spares produced by Kooltronic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0026346000 by Kla-tencor and GA5 spares by Kongsberg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 911019043 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kontron. |
