COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kele OS-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kep parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kinetrol product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the LVS41 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMI8050 manufactured by Kep and we are pleased to be able to service most Kep systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 039100 by Manufacturer Kinetrol as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Komori Brand MTM15DK2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kontron such as 2D1530003 equipment made by Kontron have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PRDB040ASIB32 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular 17343124 original spares produced by Kidde-Fenwal

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ML121LL72 by Kme and 2D1530003 spares by Kontron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PRD0030030Z35 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen.
