COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kel-tech SS3445C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mj-Tooling parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMGH13DCA6CSGMGH13DCA6C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD0130 manufactured by Mj-Tooling and we are pleased to be able to service most Mj-Tooling systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SJJ37A by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sam-Hydraulik Brand SNT160C25 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elau such as SM07060010P145M1B0 equipment made by Elau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elau" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SD2972 made by Mj-Tooling as well as the popular SRF5360498584582BCCU original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGM04AW14 by Yaskawa and SM07060010P145M1B0 spares by Elau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMP08AWYR42 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yasakawa. |
