COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kebco 04.17.671.120U parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kurt-J-Lesker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mars parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Krones product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kurt-J-Lesker such as the GA0275 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SL11150 manufactured by Mars and we are pleased to be able to service most Mars systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 901783844 by Manufacturer Krones as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kel-tech Brand K50R60Z0WB3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as 1056711051QF equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E050R50005853 made by Madler as well as the popular WA8227244BR original spares produced by Kop-Flex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 68514470019 by Love-Joy and 1056711051QF spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KBL71 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mannesmann. |
