COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kearney 1-21712 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Klockner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Klockner such as the EBE235 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14F4C1E4M0014 manufactured by Keb and we are pleased to be able to service most Keb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GT271CN by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keb Brand 21F6K1RYVNZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kniel such as 5800111207 equipment made by Kniel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kniel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kniel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10F0R134009 made by Keb as well as the popular FWH7 original spares produced by Keyence Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 05C6AF1 by Keb and 5800111207 spares by Kniel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 07F5B3ARM00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb. |
