COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kearney & Trecker 1-20697-02 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the FDM100AYP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 16F5C1EL40A manufactured by Keb and we are pleased to be able to service most Keb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FDQ20CH by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keb Brand 09F5M1DLAEA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kla¶ckner-Moeller such as MV4450TA1000 equipment made by Kla¶ckner-Moeller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kla¶ckner-Moeller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kla¶ckner-Moeller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K2700 made by Keba as well as the popular 005F0605010 original spares produced by Keb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11FOR114A09 by Keb and MV4450TA1000 spares by Kla¶ckner-Moeller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FT101661 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb. |
