COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kawasaki P60B13200L0X20 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Custom-Servo-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electra parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Precision-Step-System product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Custom-Servo-Motors such as the MPM893FRMMAPB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NM143TC11 manufactured by Electra and we are pleased to be able to service most Electra systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ND080H1111 by Manufacturer Precision-Step-System as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand P14X1472 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as P56X1534R300Q56L40 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPMB1153FMJ74AA made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular P56H1337W original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N33HLLMLNKNS00 by Pacific-Scientific and P56X1534R300Q56L40 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P18A6104RAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
