COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kawasaki P60B13150HCX2R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pyro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Phoenix-Contact product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pyro such as the PYROMETER spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S42024C3016A1 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RADISM900ANT4 by Manufacturer Phoenix-Contact as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Axiomtek Brand SBC82600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dca such as PC206 equipment made by Dca have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dca products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dca" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PWA10540102A made by Bentley-Nevada as well as the popular R35C15001430640 original spares produced by Ircon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PGGL0BL1701D1785T by Cutler-Hammer and PC206 spares by Dca are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PDB223503 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ilsco. |
