COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kawasaki P20B10200LCL67 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Master-Xl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Precision-Step-System parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Master-Xl such as the MR645492 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ND080H1111 manufactured by Precision-Step-System and we are pleased to be able to service most Precision-Step-System systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPLB4540FMK72AA by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Custom-Motors Brand MPM664FRMEAMB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kone such as NC12S1K11604A equipment made by Kone have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kone products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kone" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P14H8924 made by Reliance as well as the popular N184T17DB2A original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NZ6C17VCRB by Leeson and NC12S1K11604A spares by Kone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NCC324 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cambridge-Applied-Systems. |
