COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kawasaki 8C751G-3DRAE-KJ1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kistler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kistler such as the 9342A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HT511221 manufactured by Keba and we are pleased to be able to service most Keba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LS7001 by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kisters Brand X009053802 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kiva-Systems such as 60000991 equipment made by Kiva-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kiva-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kiva-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9011 made by Kistler as well as the popular PU103U original spares produced by Kepco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L72 by Keyence and 60000991 spares by Kiva-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 07F5B1B3B0A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb. |
