COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kawasaki 68BM122HBX2R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mez parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Oriental product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the 60WKSCE24012PB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4AP716 manufactured by Mez and we are pleased to be able to service most Mez systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5GU30RH by Manufacturer Oriental as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Minarik-Electric-Company Brand 50406039 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by International such as 677856C2 equipment made by International have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire International products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "International" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 40s made by Fanuc as well as the popular 56T34G15545A original spares produced by Marathon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3KV80A by Dayton and 677856C2 spares by International are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4GZC3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
