COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kawasaki 50817-1260R00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mj-Tooling products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mj-Tooling such as the SD3384 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ESV752N06TXB manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CE03250 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Linmot Brand ServoDriveController in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnetek such as GPD505VB004 equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPS530I829039 made by Mazak as well as the popular M1275B original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SV0220IS74NOFD by Lg and GPD505VB004 spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A172SHCPUN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mistubishi. |
