COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kamo Seiko 12120421 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Link-Belt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Locke product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Link-Belt such as the 402Z168AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W813010800 manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SH075I3G4I by Manufacturer Locke as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Koyo Brand 2208RRW33FY in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Martin such as 160B13 equipment made by Martin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HSC42002EX401280 made by Kone as well as the popular B100010 original spares produced by Madison-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100BS19 by Martin and 160B13 spares by Martin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 07P133X004U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb. |
