COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the K-tron 2401-600470 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mistubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mazak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Manetek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mistubishi such as the FRA260E075KUL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MV4200W manufactured by Mazak and we are pleased to be able to service most Mazak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L718 by Manufacturer Manetek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mistubishi Brand FRD740075KCHT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as 174678 equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FRA240E22KUL made by Mistubishi as well as the popular 4008AFGCIMRG5U43P7 original spares produced by Magnetek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FRA54075KNA by Mistubishi and 174678 spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EVF8202EV002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lenze. |
